5 Ingredient Cookies

Simple, quick and easy describe these cookies best. I love them! You only need a few ingredients and they are really made in no time. Full of healthy ingredients, these cookies are the perfect snack in-between.

They only need a few ingredients, taste amazing and do not need any added sugar at all! Since I am a little chocolate lover, I prefer the chocolate version with chocolate chips on top. If you like it fruity, you can also exchange the cocoa for dried fruit. .

I often search for vegan cookies in the supermarket similar to the cookies I ate before I went vegan. Most of the time I can't either findet them nor at an affordable price. That's why, if time allows, I like to bake my own cookies in the meantime. Another advantage: They don't inlude any palmfat or other additives. At Christmas time, I like to add a little bit of gingerbread spice - although, sometimes besides Chritmas time, I just add gingerbread spice as well.

Attention, attention - snaccident is calling! Who needs chocolate for the soul without it being a sin? These cookies are made from so many nutritious ingredients that are practically so good for your body. I personally love them and have always had to be very careful not to all of them eat at once. If you prefer a fruity version, you can of course exchange the chocolate and cocoa for dried fruit. These cookies will still taste amazing.

Duration 15 + 15 minutes
Ingredients for 14 cookies
  • 100g ground almonds
  • 80g whole almonds
  • 85g dates
  • 10g chia seeds
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 60g plant drink
Optional:
  • 20g vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
Preparation
  1. preheat oven to 180°C circulating air
  2. put all ingredients in a blender and mix until everything is small but still has firm to bite
  3. form biscuits with a spoon, dipping the spoon in water from time to time so that the dough does not stick that much on the spoon
  4. bake for about 15 minutes on the middle shelf
