All curry lovers hands up! I have my favorite curry recipe for you right now. It is cooked really fast and the result blows my mind every time.

Packed with good nutrients, this lentil and carrot curry is the perfect lunch or dinner. The lentils make the dish high in protein. I made myself a nice vegan naan for this. If you ever want a recipe for that, let me know and I'll be happy to prepare one for you.

It is recommended that you use a blender to prepare the recipe, as it is a bit more complicated than cutting 500g of carrots by hand. It is quicker and easier to chop them in a blender. In the end you can decide whether you want to puree the curry or leave it as it is. I like it best pureed
