Toppings:
Preparation
  1. if you want to make your own pumpkin puree, then you must wash the pumpkin, halve, clean the pumpkin, remove seeds and cut into pieces. Then put it into a saucepan and cover it with some water, bring it to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes until the pumpkin has softened. Drain the water, then puree the pumpkin with a blender or a blender.
  2. Put all the basic ingredients except the pumpkin puree in a blender, puree until creamy and put into a bowl
  3. carefully stir in the pumpkin puree
  4. decorate with the toppings of your choice
Remarks
¹ You can use both fresh and frozen bananas. Frozen makes the punch a bit creamier, but for me personally it is too cold for breakfast.
² I took pure pumpkin puree from the baby jar. Usually you can get it in any drugstore in the baby food section.
