In search of a good basis for the day? Then I have the perfect smoothie bowl for you. Vegan, sugar-free, made super fast and very healthy! All you need are a few basic ingredients and a mixer and you're ready to go.
Duration 10 minutes
Ingredients for 1 portion
Base:
- ½ banana¹
- 150g frozen mango
- 150g frozen blueberries
- 200g unsweetened soy yoghurt
- 15g plant protein
Toppings optional:
- ½ banana
- strawberries
- 1 teaspoon of almond paste
- 10g chia seeds
- 20g berry muesli
Preparation
- put the basic ingredients in a mixer and blend to a smooth paste
- pour into a bowl and decorate with the toppings of your choice
Remarks
¹ You can also freeze bananas first and then mix them together to make your Smoothie Bowl even creamier. But this is too cold for me in the morning.
