3 Ingredient Chocolate Pudding healthy

This pudding is almost too delicious to be healthy. But in fact the basic ingredients are really just banana, silk tofu and cocoa powder. So it is sugar free, vegan, healthy and incredibly delicious! You can eat it for breakfast, as a dessert or as a snack in between, whatever you feel like.

Ingredients for 1 portion
Basis:
  • 1 frozen, large banana (here: 160g)
  • 150g silken tofu¹
  • 10g cocoa powder²
Toppings optional:
  • 10g hemp seeds
  • 5g soy crispies cocoa
  • 5g cocoa nibs
  • 1/2 banana
  • 50g mixed frozen berry
Preparation
  1. briefly thaw the frozen banana and then mix to a smooth mixture
  2. add silk tofu and cocoa powder and mix again
  3. decorate with toppings
Remarks
¹ You can get silken tofu at the asian market or organic market.
² I recommend weakly deoiled cocoa powder, the pudding will be less tart. With strongly deoiled cocoa powder you might need a little more sweetness.
